Position rack in center of oven; preheat to325°F. Line 3 large rimmed baking sheetswith parchment. Using electric mixer, beatbutter in large bowl until smooth.
Addsugar and salt; beat until blended. Beatin orange peel, then eggs, 1 at a time.
