Skeletal Fingers
You can never have too many side dish recipes, so give Skeletal Fingers a try. This recipe serves 4. One serving contains 153 calories, 3g of protein, and 14g of fat. This recipe covers 10% of your daily requirements of vitamins and minerals. If you have asparagus spears, garlic, kosher salt, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a roasting pan with foil and drizzle witholive oil.
Place asparagus in pan and drizzle liberally with olive oil.
Roll thespears back and forth until they are completely coated.
Sprinkle on minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned and tender whenpierced with a fork.
Remove from oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over top, and garnishwith thyme leaves if using.
