Lime Hazelnut Zingers

Instructions
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add the lime juice, peel and vanilla. Gradually add flour. Stir in hazelnuts. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/4-in. thickness.
Cut with a 2-in. cookie cutter dipped in flour.
Place 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
In a small bowl, combine the frosting ingredients; beat until smooth.
Transfer to a resealable plastic bag.
Cut a small hole in a corner of the bag; drizzle frosting over cookies. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
