Instructions
Combine mustard and pepper; rub over both sides of steaks. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°).
In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley, garlic and cumin.
Recommended wine: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Sirloin Steak works really well with Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. After all, beef and red wine are a classic combination. Generally, leaner steaks go well with light or medium-bodied reds, such as pinot noir or merlot, while fattier steaks can handle a bold red, such as cabernet sauvingnon. One wine you could try is Bench Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. It has 4.6 out of 5 stars and a bottle costs about 20 dollars.
