Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.Lightly oil a 9 x 5 loaf pan with olive oil.
Pour turkey mixture into loaf pan and make sure that it is level.
Bake for 1 hour. Meatloaf will pull away from sides when it is done.

In a 2 quart saucepan, over medium high heat add all of the ingredients.Stir occasionally as ingredients heat up and pineapple begins to break down.Continue cooking until liquids almost disappear.Using a stick blender (or regular blender) puree ingredients until a slightly chunky consistency is achieved.
