Blackberry-Gin Fizz
Blackberry-Gin Fizz is A mixture of thai basil, sugar, gin, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so yummy. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes about 45 minutes.
Instructions
Purée blackberries and sugar in a blender.
Let stand, stirring occasionally, until sugaris dissolved, about 10 minutes. Strain puréethrough a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher(there will be about 3/4 cup); discard seeds insieve. Stir gin and lime juice into pitcher.
Divide drink among ice-filled glasses; topwith soda.
Garnish each with a basil sprig.
