Instructions
Line a jelly-roll pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray.
Combine oats, almonds, and walnuts in a medium bowl.
Place honey and butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat 3 minutes or until blended and smooth, stirring occasionally.
Drizzle honey mixture over oat mixture; toss to coat.
Spread mixture in prepared pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes; stir.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Stir in cherries, apricots, and raisins.
