Whisk the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt in a medium (2 quart) nonstick saucepan.Slowly whisk in the almond milk. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.Reduce heat to low and simmer, whisking occasionally, until mixture thickens.
