Combine all ingredients, except the shrimp, in a microwave-safe bowl and stir until fully incorporated. Cover and heat for 40-60 seconds. Stir well, taste and adjust spiciness to taste. Divide the sauce into 2 small bowls--one for the grill, and one for dipping. Cover the second bowl and set aside. This sauce may need to be reheated before serving. Thread shrimp onto skewers, brush with some sauce, then grill over medium-high heat. Keep basting the shrimp with sauce until cooked. Depending on the size of shrimp, cook 2-3 minutes per side. Watch for flare-ups from the honey and molasses on the grill.
