Instructions
Sprinkle duck with salt and pepper.
Layer duck, oranges, apple and onion in 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker.
Pour orange juice concentrate over top.
Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until duck is tender.
Remove duck from slow cooker. Discard fruit and onion mixture.
