Instructions
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients.
Cut pork into 1/4-in. thick slices; add to marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Drain and discard marinade.
On each of six long metal or soaked wooden skewers, thread beef. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 9-12 minutes or until meat is tender, turning once.
