Instructions
Mix both fish & shrimp in food processor until smooth.
Mix in desicated coconut.
Add 3 tablespoons of thick coconut milk.
Add processed ingredients, mix well.
Add salt & sugar to taste.

Shape the mixture on sate sticks/lemongrass stalk, flatten slightly.
