Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
Add the pasta and cook until tender but still firm to the bite, stirring occasionally, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shallots and garlic to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until soft, about 2 minutes.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 to 7 minutes. Turn the heat to high.
