Plum-Hibiscus Gelatin Dessert

Instructions
Bring 1 cup water to boil.
Add to lemon gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Pour 1/4 cup gelatin into 2-qt. glass bowl sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 15 min. or until slightly thickened.
Cut plums in half; remove pits.
Cut plums into thin slices, leaving slices connected at 1 end of each plum.
Place, cut sides down, on work surface; flatten slightly to fan slices. Arrange over lemon gelatin in bowl; cover with remaining dissolved gelatin. Refrigerate 15 min. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
Meanwhile, bring 2 cups of the remaining water to boil; pour over flowers in bowl. Stir; cover.
Let stand 5 min. Strain liquid, reserving liquid; press flowers to remove excess liquid. Discard flowers.
Add cherry gelatin mixes to reserved liquid; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in remaining water. Refrigerate 15 min. or until cooled.
Pour cherry gelatin over lemon gelatin. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold just before serving.
