Instructions
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil; add oats. Return to a boil; cook 1 minute.
Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Combine eggs, apples, brown sugar, milk, oil, raisins, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in oatmeal. Spoon into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cut into squares; pour milk over each serving if desired.
