Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook cauliflower in the boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes; drain and set aside.

Mash cauliflower in the pot using a hand blender until creamy.
