Instructions
In a sauce pan over medium heat, warm the butter and olive oil.
Add the onion and sauté for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute more.
Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.
Put the spinach with some water in a pot over medium-high heat, cover, and cook until the spinach is bright green, 1 to 2 minutes.
