Need If you have bacon, belgian endive leaves, carton cream, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. To use up the cream you could follow this main course with the Blueberry Ice Cream as a dessert. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes roughly 45 minutes.

Instructions

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a medium bowl, stirring well with a wire whisk; stir in bacon and tomato. Spoon 1 tablespoon onto individual Belgian endive leaves, or serve with Melba toast rounds.
