Yellow Tomato Gazpacho with Shrimp
Need A mixture of worcestershire, tomatoes, salt and pepper, and a handful of other ingredients are all it takes to make this recipe so scrumptious. It will be a hit at your Summer event. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes around 45 minutes.
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, coarsely pure tomatoes, a portion at a time.
Stir in tomato juice, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire, hot sauce, bell pepper, cucumber, garlic, and cilantro.
Serve soup at room temperature, or nest bowl in ice and stir often until cold, about 15 minutes. Ladle into wide bowls and add shrimp. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
