Ingredients: 43 grams dry cognac (or brandy); 1 lemon twise, as garnish; 21 grams fresh squeezed lemon juice; 1 wedge fresh lemon; 2 Tbsps superfine sugar; 21 grams cointreau (or triple sec)

Instructions

Rub the rim of a chilled cocktail glass with the lemon wedge. Discard the wedge. Rim the lip of the glass with sugar.
