Instructions
Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and 2 Tbsp. water in a small bowl. Stir in blue cheese.
Place romaine in large bowl and toss with dressing to coat.
Add roast beef and croutons, and toss again.
