Instructions
In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook sausage alone until done. Set aside. In same skillet, saute onion and celery until tender.
Add cooked sausage, tomatoes, okra, chicken broth, rice, hot sauce, oregano and thyme. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
