Instructions
Place the green and wax beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain and place in a large bowl.
Add the black beans, red pepper, onions and cilantro.
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper; shake well.
