Sweet Pie

Instructions
For Crust: In a large bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups flour, 4 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cut in butter, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Place dough in greased pie plate. Chill for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat 4 eggs.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 cup white sugar and 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar. Beat until smooth.
Pour into crust and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.
