Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
Add applesauce, oil and vanilla; beat until blended. Stir into flour mixture; mix well. Fold in apples and pecans.
