Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cocoa.
Add to the milk mixture and whisk.
Add the bread, raisins, and chocolate chips.
