California Citrus Broccoli Slaw
You can never have too many side dish recipes, so give Californi Head to the store and pick up oranges, cilantro, vegetable oil, and a few other things to make it today. It can be enjoyed any time, but it is especially good for The Fourth Of July. It is a good option if you're following a gluten free and vegan diet.
Instructions
In large bowl, mix broccoli slaw and jicama. Peel oranges with sharp paring knife; cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Cut each slice into fourths.
Add oranges, onion and cilantro to broccoli mixture.
In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients until well mixed.
Pour dressing over salad and toss.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
