Instructions
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add apple; cook 5 minutes or until tender.
Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Combine 1/4 cup butter, granulated sugar, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and almond extract in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until blended.
Combine milk, egg, and egg white.
