Rosemary Tuna with White Beans
Rosemary Tun If you have coarse salt, chicken stock, rosemary, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. To use up the pepper you could follow this main course with the Easy Peppermint Dessert as a dessert. It works best as a main course, and is done in around 45 minutes.
Instructions
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add tuna, and sear until dark golden brown, about 1 minute per side.
Transfer to a plate, and cover loosely with parchment.
