Pisco Punch

Instructions
Combine the pisco, pineapple gum syrup, and lemon juice in a 2-quart container. Refrigerate until chilled, about 3 hours.Before serving, stir to recombine the mixture.
Serve over ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
