Instructions
In 4-quart Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat 5 to 7 mintues, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain well.
Stir in hot water, contents of uncooked pasta and sauce mix pouches (from Hamburger Helper box), broccoli, carrots, thyme, salt and pepper.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in parsley.
Garnish each serving with cheese.
