Whisk in lemon juice, then olive oil in thinstream until blended. Stir in parsley, capers,and anchovies. Season with more saltand pepper, if desired. DO AHEAD: Can bemade 6 hours ahead. Cover; chill. Bring toroom temperature and rewhisk before using.
