Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix together first 3 ingredients.
Add sifted flour with cinnamon, ginger, salt and baking soda.
Add remaining ingredients.
Roll into walnut sized balls and then roll in sugar. Lightly forkpress the cookies 2 ways before baking them.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Do not over bake.
