Chocolate Vanilla Marble Cake
Chocolate Vanill From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes about 55 minutes. It is a good option if you're following a vegetarian diet.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180c and grease a 20cm springform tin
Cream butter in a bowl and add sugar until mixture is light and fluffy
Whisk eggs and gradually add to butter mixture, beating all the time
Fold in the flour, baking powder and milk then divide the mixture between 2 bowls
Add the vanilla bean paste to one bowl and stir gently through and add the cocoa powder into the other and fold in until combined
Bake for about 45 minutes.
