Asparagus with Chanterelles and Hazelnuts
Need Head to the store and pick up thyme, butter, olive oil, and a few other things to make it today. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes roughly 45 minutes.
Instructions
Combine asparagus, olive oil, pepper, and salt on a baking sheet; bake at 425 for 9 minutes. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms; saut 3 minutes. Stir in hazelnuts, wine, and thyme; cook 1 minute. Stir in crme frache. Top asparagus with mushroom mixture.
