Instructions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in rice, onion, garlic, apple and raisins.
Saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in chicken broth, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 16 to 18 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
