Instructions
In a tall-sided pot, heat the oil to 375 degrees F.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Slowly add flour to the mixture, 3 tablespoons at a time, until it is all incorporated. Stir in the sugar and chery brandy and allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes. Dip each slice of apple into batter and fry in the hot oil, 3 or 4 at a time.
