Instructions
Rub chicken thighs with Cajun seasoning.
Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until a thermometer registers 16
Place oil in a Dutch oven. Weigh or lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
