Instructions
Warm 4 Tbsp. olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add 4 seeded, sliced bell peppers; saut for 1 minute.
Add 1 tsp. each chili powder and Italian seasoning and 1/2 tsp. salt; saut for 5 minutes.
Add 9 chopped garlic cloves, cover, reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes, stirring, until peppers are soft.
Add 2 Tbsp. tomato paste, stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
