Instructions

Transfer cutlets to a serving platter; keep warm.
Add red bell pepper to skillet, and cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Transfer bell pepper to serving platter.
Add vinegar to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until slightly reduced. Spoon over cutlets.
