Seghesio Home Ranch Zinfandel

In the spirit of great grandfather, Edoardo, Home Ranch Zin lives on. These 103 year old, head trained vines have laid the foundation for our extensive plantings of zinfandel in the warm Alexander Valley. The shallow gravelly loam soils support vine growth that naturally produces an open canopy and evenly distributed fruit. This wine offers jammy, blackberry fruit, vintage specific black pepper and floral nuances and, of course, Zinfandel¹s signature brambly spiciness.
