This recipe covers 18% of your daily requirements of vitamins and minerals. If you have artichoke hearts in water, seasoned bread crumbs, parsley, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. It is a good option if you're following a pescatarian diet. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes about 35 minutes.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange the shrimp in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Gently squeeze any excess liquid from the artichoke hearts, break the hearts into quarters, and arrange in spaces between the shrimp.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs and parsley over the shrimp and artichoke hearts; sprinkle lemon juice over the crumbs.
Melt butter with garlic in a small saucepan over medium-low heat; drizzle the butter mixture over the bread crumbs.
Sprinkle the top with Romano cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until the crumbs and cheese brown lightly and the shrimp turn opaque and orange-pink in color, 10 to 12 minutes.
Recommended wine: Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc
Pinot Grigio, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc are my top picks for Shrimp. These crisp white wines work well with shrimp prepared in a variety of ways, whether grilled, fried, or in garlic sauce. The Maysaran Arsheen Pinot Gris with a 4.5 out of 5 star rating seems like a good match. It costs about 18 dollars per bottle.

Maysara Arsheen Pinot Gris
A bright expression of fruit right up front, greeting your palate with notes of cut grass on a warm day. The wine is anchored by crisp acidity, but not so much as to overpower a fleeting tease of sweetness that leaves you smiling. Arsheen has a smart, refreshing character that will bestow clarity to a range of preparations of fish, fowl, and pork.
