Mozzarella Chicken & Rice Skillet
You can never have too many main course recipes, so give Mozzarell From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes approximately 30 minutes. If you have broccoli florets, mozzarella cheese, chicken breasts, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. To use up the milk you could follow this main course with the Milky Way Brownie Bites as a dessert.
Instructions
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165F).
Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add soup and milk to skillet; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in broccoli and rice; top with chicken. Cover.
Cook on low heat 5 min.; sprinkle with cheese.
Let stand, covered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
