Head to the store and pick up 4 cabbage, jalapeno chile, flour tortillas, and a few other things to make it today. To use up the lime juice you could follow this main course with the Lime Angel Food Cake with Lime Glaze and Pistachios as a dessert.
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream and lime juice; season with salt and pepper.
Transfer half the mixture to another container; set aside for serving. Toss the cabbage, scallions, and minced jalapeno with the remaining sour-cream mixture. Season again with salt and pepper.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil and remaining jalapeno half over medium-high heat; swirl to coat the bottom of the pan. Season the fish on both sides with salt and pepper. In two batches (starting with any larger pieces), cook the fish until golden brown on all sides, 5 to 6 minutes. Discard the jalapeno.
Meanwhile, warm the tortillas. I do this on top of the stove in another skillet as I cook the fish.
Fill the tortillas with slaw, fish, and fresh cilantro leaves.
Drizzle with the reserved sour-cream mixture and serve immediately.
Recommended wine: Pinot Grigio, Gruener Veltliner, Pinot Noir
Fish works really well with Pinot Grigio, Gruener Veltliner, and Pinot Noir. Fish is as diverse as wine, so it's hard to pick wines that go with every fish. A crisp white wine, such as a pinot grigio or Grüner Veltliner, will suit any delicately flavored white fish. Meaty, strongly flavored fish such as salmon and tuna can even handle a light red wine, such as a pinot noir. You could try Loveblock Pinot Gris. Reviewers quite like it with a 4.6 out of 5 star rating and a price of about 24 dollars per bottle.

Loveblock Pinot Gris
Loveblock Pinot Gris is a pale golden with hints of green. The 2013 vintage is a dry style with floral aromas and a hint of ripe pineapple. The palate reveals poached pear and blood orange, and finishes with a touch of citrus, good texture and rich mouth feel.
