Instructions
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in couscous; cover.
Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine couscous, tomatoes, onion and herbs.

Pour over couscous mixture; toss to coat. Chill overnight.
