Chile Caribe Shrimp Skewers

Instructions
Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a small skillet.
Add onion and garlic; saut 3 minutes or until onion is tender

Thread 3 shrimp and 1 lime wedge onto 12 (6-inch) skewers.
Brush with lime juice mixture.

Note: If you use wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent the wood from burning on the grill.
