Instructions
Sprinkle pork with 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add pork; cook 3 to 4 minutes until browned on all sides.
Reduce heat to medium; add remaining 1 teaspoon oil.
