Teriyaki Beef Kabobs
Teriyaki Beef Kabobs might be just the main course you are searching for. This recipe serves 4. One portion of this dish contains around 28g of protein, 6g of fat, and a total of 321 calories. It is a good option if you're following a gluten free and dairy free diet. If you have beef top sirloin, bell pepper, garlic cloves, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. To use up the light brown sugar you could follow this main course with the Apricot tart with brown sugar & cinnamon pas
Instructions
Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and ground ginger together in a bowl; pour into a gallon-sized sealable plastic bag.
Add beef, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, flipping the bag several times as the meat marinates.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Remove beef from the marinade. Discard the remaining marinade.
Thread beef, pineapple, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper onto skewers.
Cook the skewers on the preheated grill, turning frequently until nicely browned on all sides, and the meat is no longer pink in the center, 10 to 15 minutes.
Recommended wine: Chenin Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Riesling
Chenin Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Riesling are my top picks for Asian. The best wine for Asian food depends on the cuisine and dish - of course - but these acidic whites pair with a number of traditional meals, spicy or not. You could try Botanica Wines Mary Delany Chenin Blanc. Reviewers quite like it with a 5 out of 5 star rating and a price of about 32 dollars per bottle.
