Mediterranean Snapper
You can never have too many main course recipes, so give Mediterranean Snapper If you have olive oil, snapper, fennel bulb, and a few other ingredients on hand, you can make it. To use up the dry white wine you could follow this main course with the White Wine Frozen Yogurt as a dessert. From preparation to the plate, this recipe takes approximately 29 minutes.
Instructions
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add fennel, onion, and bell pepper; saut 5 minutes or until tender.

Recommended wine: Pinot Grigio, Gruener Veltliner, Pinot Noir
Pinot Grigio, Gruener Veltliner, and Pinot Noir are my top picks for Fish. Fish is as diverse as wine, so it's hard to pick wines that go with every fish. A crisp white wine, such as a pinot grigio or Grüner Veltliner, will suit any delicately flavored white fish. Meaty, strongly flavored fish such as salmon and tuna can even handle a light red wine, such as a pinot noir. One wine you could try is Skyfall Pinot Gris. It has 4.8 out of 5 stars and a bottle costs about 13 dollars.

Skyfall Pinot Gris
Pale straw in color with notes of mango, citrus blossom and banana in the nose. On the palate a medley of tropical fruit unfolds into tangerine, mango, grapefruit, and banana flavors. These tropical notes continue throughout the long and lingering finish.
