Combine 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, and shrimp, tossing to coat shrimp.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
Add shrimp; saut 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Grate lemon rind to measure 1/2 teaspoon; juice lemon to measure 2 tablespoons.
